At 49er Communications, we stand behind the quality of our specialized communication equipment and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the right tools for your mission. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns, repairs, and exchanges.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA Number
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all incoming electronics to ensure proper tracking.
- 2.Package Your Equipment
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all antennas, batteries, chargers, and manuals to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our California service center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
- 4.Inspection and Processing
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality; approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
